We at Rouse the Room understand the excitement of purchasing such special items and the eagerness our customers experience to receive their orders as quickly as humanly possible. Since the process of finding and featuring our unique décor and gifts is so particular, Rouse the Room has adopted a simple approach to shipping that has proven to satisfy our clients greatly.
Rouse the Room does not profit from shipping costs. Our FREE SHIPPING policy applies to all domestic shipments with no minimum order amount.
Shipping addresses outside of the United States use a flat rate formula by order amount. Orders up to $15 carry a $9.99 shipping fee while orders over $15 are charged $19.99 for shipping.
All product descriptions include an estimated shipping time to manage shipping expectations under the worst case scenario. However, our customers usually receive their orders much faster, on average half the estimated time or within 7-14 days.
You will receive information needed to track your packages after the order is placed and the items shipped. Rouse the Room is dedicated to keeping our customers in the loop when it comes to the journey of their novelty item purchases. We are here from beginning to end and always accepting your feedback.

Rouse the Room is proud of a reputation that boasts rare, quality décor product choices. While we are confident that every order will be received with delight, we know that customer service and a buyer’s right to change their mind is a large part of having an overall positive online shopping experience. Therefore we do not make it difficult for you to return, refund and/or exchange an item.
- Returns should be initiated and received within 30 days of purchase date.
- To initiate a return, contact us at email@example.com. Include your name, order number, item name and reason for return in your request. You may be asked to provide photos if a product is claimed to be damaged or malfunctioning.
- Allow 24 hours for your return request to be processed. You will receive confirmation of receipt of your return request and instructions on how to proceed with either a return for exchange, refund or store credit.
- Exchanges/Store Credit – Items may be eligible for exchange or store credit if they are returned within 30 days of purchase, undamaged, in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return for exchange shipping fees.
- Refunds – Items received damaged or defective may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the amount paid at purchase. Once a return request is received and the item is deemed eligible for a full or partial refund, Rouse the Room will instruct you on how to complete the return/refund process at no cost to the customer.
